Removes unused declarations in plugins registration files.

Comments the interface builtins.mli.

All types and exceptions are now defined in builtins.ml.
All builtins are now registered directly through builtins.ml.
Calls to Db in plugins Aoraï and Metrics are temporarily disabled.
