[Eva] Do not fail on comparisons involving wide strings

Comparison alarms are emitted for any comparison involving wide strings.

Removes function [iter_on_strings] from Locations.Location_Bytes.
Do not fail on comparison of wide strings: just returns false, thus leading to
an alarm in all cases.
