[Makefile] Renamed e-acsl-runtime and e-acsl-reject test directories to runtime and reject respectively

[typing] fix bug in on-the-fly typing when translating quantification
[typing] update a few oracles

[tests] Compare the generated code just after running Value. Use gcc_x86_64 as machdep for all these tests.
[tests] call testrun.sh in test_config in order to compile and run the generated code. This code is no more the one being compared with the oracle (see above item).

[tests] update oracles according to various recent kernel changes

 - fix indentation
 - follow the model of must_init, build_initializer
 - only generated code if generate is set,
 - generate code "on project".
 - rename mainargs.i -> mainargs.c

also change gcc_test.sh so that one can pass arguments to program
under test.
