Makefile:
  * install is also a phony target
  * create necessary directory
  * inline compile_colibri.sh to be able to use ECLIPSEBIN
bundle.sh:
  * copy of eclipse dir was moved outside of bundle

* Put the contents of .gitlab-ci.yml into a Makefile;
* call bundle.sh from the Makefile for the "install" target";
* bundle.sh installs into its first parameter instead of a fixed
  path
