[nix] duplication with Makefile

Some scripts in nix duplicate things from Makefile, typically checking indentation & headers. Moreover, I'm not sure that all checks in nix scripts can be performed from the Makefile.

I would like to have one single source I think Makefile is a good place.

Also wanted: splitting the main large build nix job into several jobs...
