Furthermore, the same compatibility mode exists in Windows VISTA. Right-click on the executable file, select Properties from the menu. In the Compatiblity tab are given the different compatibility modes. Select the Windows XP mode and validate. You might also try to run the executable in Administrator mode: right click on the file and select "Run as administrator".
