As Pascal said, if you don't compile Jessie with the OCaml provided by that Frama-C package, it won't work. I'm surprised that ocamlgraph is not included in that Frama-C package, because Frama-C needs ocamlgraph. May be the problem is just that the configure script of Jessie does not find the ocamlgraph library at the right place.
