Setting [Value.BuiltinsOverrides] from outside

Description :
It would be really great to be able to set a parameter such as [Value.BuiltinsOverrides] from a dynamic plug-in. At the moment, it seems that it is not possible. I tried : Dynamic.Parameter.StringHashtbl.add "-val-builtin" "f:my_f" but [Dynamic.Parameter.StringHashtbl] doesn't exist. I also tried : Value_parameters.BuiltinsOverrides.add "f:my_f" but of course, [Value_parameters] is not visible for me.
It is just a wish ;-)
